People come to me to feel inspired again — by themselves, and by life
I've been in practice for more than thirteen years: I've worked as a psychiatrist in a psychiatric hospital, as a child and adult psychiatrist in clinic, and now as a psychotherapist in private online practice.
What sits at the centre of my work is the living person and their vitality. I work in clinically evidence-based modalities: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), RO DBT (Radically Open DBT), and CFT (Compassion-Focused Therapy).
The people who come to me are remarkable — intelligent, sensitive, responsible — people for whom much is working on the surface, but who don't believe it on the inside, who have been living in automatic patterns of survival for a long time. They understand a great deal about themselves, but feel less and less that they can get out of their own myths.
I help people step out of the inner cage into more presence, ground, and action — to notice their patterns, loosen hyper-control, move from anxiety into curiosity and inspiration, and from shame into play, ownership, and experiment. You don't need to be fixed. You are enough — what's left is to feel that in your gut, and reclaim authorship of your own story.
My work rests on four principles — ALOE:
- A — Agency, instead of helplessness
- L — Love, instead of loneliness and inner inadequacy
- O — Ownership, instead of shame and self-attack
- E — Experiment, instead of stuckness, perfectionism, and fear of error
Beyond individual and group work, I also build online practicums — guides and exercises for working on your physical and mental health on your own.
